Rewards without paying to join, a fee but still worth it Reviewer: Adele Date: November 19, 2004 Rating: Great card to curb overspending. Sure there is a fee, but with this card you do not have to pay to join the reward program like those that carry the Gold. There is a Flex and sign and travel program for purchases over 200.00. I use it to pay my utilities and groceries and put the money in the bank and when the bill comes, pay it and enjoy double points. Thanks AMEX! 277 out of 487 found this review helpful.
