Stay a way, they change due date, they charge fees when there not suposed to be one . You pay your bill off and say you still owe interest, now how does that work if you paid interest already, and still owe them money on what???? they try to ruin your credit rating!!!! To bad for them I don't need them. Oh they send you cards that you don't even ask for. They should be stoped! Some one please do something.

poor service, overpriced fares

Reviewer: sam Date: April 28, 2005 Rating:

Only use this program if you have a high tolerance for aggravation. There are very long waits "on hold" to get through. On each of several occasions I was told by TravelRewards that itineraries I had priced and confirmed as available with the airline minutes before calling TravelRewards were either not available or were priced $200 more than the fare I could get from the airline. THey seem to be unable to book tickets at prices that any other travel agent can do. Even when they called the airline, which confirmed the availablity and prices I asked for, they still couldn't figure out how to ticket it with their system and went back to telling me the best fare was hundreds of dollars more.

It's hard to know if their computer booking system is really that bad, if they're completely incompetent, or if the problems is elsewhere.

I strongly recommend checking prices and availability with airlines before you call TravelRewards, so you know what's really available and what it should cost.

You're much better off with a cashback credit card.
