Chase say a way is right Reviewer: Sandra Norris Date: February 6, 2009 Rating: Yes, they do change the due dates,they send more cards then you need, fees when they say there isn't one, don't trust them, I'm trying to get credit fix, it wasn't hard because I have very very good credit. Chase is the worst Reviewer: Frank Florio Date: September 10, 2006 Rating: Stay away from Chase Bank. They are quick to charge hefty late fees if your payment is one day late, and it happens more often than with other cards that your payment is posted late. Chase also will jack up your rate if you have one blot on your credit record, even if it is years old. Their default rate is 30 percent. Don't be sucked in by this megabank, they abuse even those with good credit records, and you have to write to get any relief. Calls are not helpful. 123 out of 242 found this review helpful.
