CRAPPY SERVICE

Reviewer: Johnnie Date: October 4, 2008 Rating:

ALL NAMES STATED ARE REAL.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNKY CARD AND THEIR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I applied for this card about a month ago. Well I got it in the mail finally and I called to activate it. A lady by the name of 'Margaret' told me that I did not activate it in time, to go back on their website and reapply. So I did, which I was denied because I apploed within the last 90 days. So I called her back, she told me to fax her a paper saying that I want to reinstate my card, and I agree to all the terms and conditions. And fax my last paystub.OK SO I DID THAT.

I called them back to let them know that I sent the fax, they told me it would be 48 hours till it gets processed. I waited the 48 hours and called them back, GUESS WHAT? They cant find the fax. 'Vanessa' told me I had the wrong fax number, so I read the fax # I had, 1-303-300-0533 she said "YUP THATS IT". Then she said, well the writing was either too dark or too light to read. I told I wrote out the statement on the computer, then printed it. So it was JUST RIGHT FOR THEM TO READ. She told me wait a day and call her back. Finally two days later they found the fax, however my stub didn't show I make $1000 gross income. NO DUH, ITS ONE STUB! So then they told me to fax in all my stubs for the last month and a copy of my drivers license. then Vanessa said "call me as soon as you do and I will go wait by the fax machine so I know I recieve it". Ok, so today I went and faxed all my paystubs and a copy of my DL. When I got home I called her, guess what? She's 'not in' today. So I spoke with a guy named 'Marty' which was suppoed to be a supervisor. First off he was rude as hell. Well he told me I didnt activate the card in time, then he said I had to reapply. Thats when I told him about speaking to margaret and her telling me to fax everything in. He told me "shit changes in time we have to see if you still qualify." He told me that they were going to release the block of my application to wait for the card to come in the mail and call them back to activate new card. Then I would have to fax all my information back to them, so they could process it. So I told him, "why do I have to reapply if I already qualified. And why didnt she tell me in the beginning rather than having me fax all my information to you guys" he said "I DONT KNOW BUT IM TELLING YOU NOW" I informed him he was being rude, then he yelled at me and told me "I AM NOT BEING RUDE I AM SAYING THIS NICE" Yeah sure you are buddy.

So thats when I told him "No thanks, I'll go with another card that will treat me right!"

Understand it and appreciate it

Reviewer: Understanding Date: July 1, 2008 Rating:

I have had my rewards 660 going on 2 years, my credit was so bad I couldn't get a iece of gum on credit. $250.00 in fees it's the price you pay for your mistakes I will admitt. As long as your responsible and don't spend 2 much and make your monthly payments on time you have no problem. They report me to equifax and transunion. My score has gone up almost 100 points. For those of you that are complaining, do waht your suppose 2. these people are extending you credit and giving you a second chance that no one would. Pay your bill on time and follow trhe rules. My limit is up to $800.00 cuze I make my payments on time and don't go over my limit. Be responsible and you will have no problems. i can't stand when peole get mad cause they aren't givin somethibng they really don't deserve. I have traded in my car and gotten a lower interest rate on my new one. I have no problems, but again I am responsible and grateful to have been givin another chance that nobody would have gave me.
