Review: EX690 TU669 EQ606 Homeowner (paid perfectly) Annual income 144k Approved me for an Orchard account instead with a $300 limit and an annual fee of $59... Used the card a couple of times and then closed the account... Contacted HSBC to discuss and they said I had too much avail credit because I pay all my credit cards in full each month so I have 99% percent avail... Most ridiculous excuse I've heard so far

Title: American Dream MasterCard
Date Reviewed: 2009-01-03 10:02:59 | Recommended?: No

Review: I just received this card in the mail. I was shocked, when I saw the APR Interest rate of 21.99%. For the past year all my accounts have been paid on time. I also had a credit score of 702 as of December 21, 2008 on Experian. Yes, some of my cards are almost maxed out. But I had no idea that would make such a difference on what the interest APR would be. The original offer was 14.99% and may be as high as 17.49%... So I was shocked. I had know idea that it would be that high. I did not get the introductory rate of 0% for 5 mos. Either. So, be careful applying for this card. I would suggest that your credit cards be paid down, before applying. I did talk with the company to ask them why I had such a high APR and no Introductory rate... They could not give me an answer because they did not have a copy the original application, but they did say my APR was figured from the review they gave me. But they could not tell what my review was based on, because they did not have that information. WOW! So, be careful when you apply for this card. You may end up with a big surprise as I did.

Title: Approved For $500?
Date Reviewed: 2009-06-30 20:40:19 | Recommended?: Yes

Review: HSBC just called me to verified personal information today but only approved with credit line $500 - at this time I have 709, 702 & 692 scores and good income with more than 15 years credit history. I don't know why I only got approved for $500 credit line? Does anyone has any idea? thanks

Title: Reporting To Only 1 Bureau Now
Date Reviewed: 2009-07-27 03:20:13 | Recommended?: Yes

Review: I had this card for a little while and it was reporting to 3 bureaus. The next thing I knew it was pulled from my reports. I later found out the bureaus(Experian,Equifax) no longer report their tradelines. TransUnion may be following them in a little while. Such a waste of my money- as the jewelry is not the best by any means. I guess the card is ok for those who need someone reporting. My cl was 2500 as they will practically give anyone "credit", a downpayment is required.

Title: Approved
Date Reviewed: 2009-12-18 11:08:39 | Recommended?: Yes

Review: Applied 12-15. Approved by email same day. 2500 limit. Terms confused me at first. EQ 470. TU 537.

Title: Dont Report Your Credit
Date Reviewed: 2010-01-25 12:28:01 | Recommended?: No

Review: Approved, But they do Not report to Credit agencies. What is the point then. High priced and you could purchase the products anywhere for what they want for the downpayment alone. Pointless

Title: Approved 604 Score
Date Reviewed: 2010-12-20 22:13:30 | Recommended?: Yes

Review: Quick approval. I had two 604's and one 602! Decent service. Messed up my first order. Hopefully won't mess up with the bill!

Title: This Is NOT Unsecured Credit. It's A Scam.
Date Reviewed: 2013-03-23 14:08:22 | Recommended?: No

Review: I have a 561 credit score. I applied because I am looking for an unsecured line of credit. I filled out all of the information and was approved for a $2500.00 line of credit. But the "credit" is a joke. When I tried to make a purchase via their online site, they wanted a deposit on the item equal to 85 percent of the purchase price. NO WAY ! I called customer service because I thought that the deposit request was a mistake. It wasn't. Plus, you do not get the item until you pay for it completely, I found out. It's like layaway only worse. With interest, you are paying four times the value of the item. Plus, if you miss a payment or are late by even one day, you lose your deposit and the item.

Title: Approved
Date Reviewed: 2015-02-08 14:45:39 | Recommended?: Yes

Review: Credit score transunion 564 with 3 collection Approved for 2500. Same day
