Title: Great For Quick Processing!

Review: I applied for this card about 3 years ago when I started rebuilding, this card is not issued through a bank, rather its an in house issued card. Seventh Avenue markets its products through catalog mailings and through its web site. They pull Equifax the first time you choose to finance through them, and the interest rate varies depending on what state you live in. When I was approved 3 years ago it was for $400.00 dollars, since then its been increased to $950.00! They do not report your payment history to the major bureaus, however, I have found I always get promt shipments using their financing versus paying with credit card or check. I believe my Equifax score at the time of approval was 556! I hope this information helps others who may consider using this company for purchases.

Title: Helpful For Shopping

Review: I have been a customer of Seventh Avenue for over four years. I started with a CL of $200 and it has grown to $1200 now. I received a pre-approved catalog and while it didn't help raise my score that I am aware of, it helped me keep going to rebuild my scores. I had scores in the upper 400's to low 500's in 2007 and have raised them to the upper 600's now.

Title: Disappointed By Seventh Avenue

Review: I applied for a choose & charge account last fall and was very happy when I was approved for a $250.00 credit line, because they had really nice items to choose from. Although I felt everything was over priced, I felt okay at least this will help me rebuild my credit. I was so disappointed when I learned they did not report to any credit bureau's. I still have the account and was recently given CLI to $400.00 so I'll probably keep the account open and order the occassional unique item when I find them in their catalogs.

Title: Approved But Disappointed

Review: I got approved for a $400 CL just made a first purchase I don't know how long I will use this card because they don't report to the CB's each month only if you fail to pay your bill. They do have brand name items a bit costly, but nice. My credit score at time is 595 Equifax.
